This policy explains how MillwrightSupply.com handles information in its current launch configuration. MillwrightSupply.com is operated by Reginald Crumly.
Information you provide voluntarily
The site does not currently offer a contact form, newsletter, mailing list, or visitor account. If you voluntarily email info@millwrightsupply.com, your message may include your name, email address, message contents, attachments, and other information you choose to provide.
Email communications
Email information is used to respond to and communicate about your request and, where appropriate, to maintain reasonable business or security records. Correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. No response time is promised.
Information processed automatically
Hosting and server operation
The replacement site is intended to be hosted by GoDaddy. A hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure a website, including an IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and server or security logs. Provider-controlled processing and retention are governed by the provider’s configuration and policies.
Google Analytics
Millwright Supply uses Google Analytics only after you grant analytics consent. If accepted, Google Analytics may process information about site usage, browser or device, pages viewed, referrer, general location, and interactions. Millwright Supply does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, or other directly identifying contact information to Analytics. Analytics is used to understand traffic and improve the tool directory, not to identify visitors personally.
Analytics cookies and identifiers
After consent, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*. Advertising storage, ad personalization, advertising user data, remarketing, Google Signals, enhanced conversions, and User-ID are not intentionally enabled by this site implementation.
Your analytics choice
Analytics does not intentionally load until you choose Accept analytics. You may instead choose Decline analytics. You can reopen the choice at any time using the Privacy choices button in the footer. If you withdraw consent, the site stores the denied choice, removes Analytics cookies on the MillwrightSupply.com domain that it can reasonably identify, and reloads the page so the previously loaded Analytics runtime is no longer active.
How your choice is remembered
The site uses first-party browser localStorage with the key ms_analytics_consent and the value granted or denied. This preference is used only to remember your analytics choice. It does not store your name, email address, or advertising identifier and is not a Google Analytics cookie. If localStorage is unavailable, Analytics does not load.
Google privacy information and opt-out
Learn how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google controls these resources and its own data practices.

Millwright Supply participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Some product links are affiliate links, and Millwright Supply may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Existing near-link and footer disclosures remain in place. When you follow an Amazon link, you leave MillwrightSupply.com and the third-party site’s privacy practices apply. Millwright Supply does not control Amazon’s site and does not claim that Amazon provides individual purchaser identities to Millwright Supply.
Other third-party websites
Links to manufacturers, retailers, and other resources may lead to external websites. Their privacy practices and content are governed by their own policies.
Sale or rental of personal information
Millwright Supply does not sell or rent visitor email lists or personal information for marketing. There is currently no newsletter, promotional mailing list, automated marketing email, CRM integration, targeted advertising, or visitor list sold for marketing.
Service providers
Current approved services relevant to this policy are GoDaddy for website hosting and Google Analytics for consent-based website measurement. This policy does not claim use of newsletter, payment, contact-form, chat, embedded-video, map, social-widget, or advertising-network providers.
Data retention
Email correspondence is retained based on its purpose, reasonable recordkeeping, security, and legal needs rather than a fixed schedule. Hosting logs and Analytics data are subject to provider configurations and policies. Millwright Supply does not claim to personally review or store every server log.
Security
Reasonable care is used in operating the site, but no website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
MillwrightSupply.com is intended for an adult industrial and millwright audience and is not directed to children. Millwright Supply does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Do Not Track and privacy signals
The site provides its own explicit Analytics choice described above. It does not currently process browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals through separate JavaScript. The site does not currently use visitor information for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site’s services or data practices change. The effective date will be updated for material revisions.
